Electronic countermeasures represent a critical capability for military and law enforcement operations in environments where hostile RF communications and IED triggering systems pose a significant threat. This module provides the theoretical and practical knowledge required to deploy ECM systems effectively and lawfully, covering spectrum management, tactical integration, and the legal framework governing the use of jamming equipment in the UK and overseas.

Eligibility & entry requirements
Open to verified Military and Law Enforcement personnel only. Completion of the Advanced Surveillance Electronics module or equivalent technical experience is required. Additional security clearance may be required.
Certification
A 3B Intelligence Academy certificate of completion is awarded to delegates who successfully complete all assessed elements of the module.
